Meghan Flynn is a results-driven and creative marketer with a passion for bringing brands to life on digital. She has over ten years of experience across retail, e-commerce, social media and influencer.
Currently, Meghan is the Director of Digital Marketing for IDEAL Industries, Inc. At IDEAL she runs the Digital Center of Excellence with the purpose of translating business goals into digital strategies, stories and tactics to meet and exceed targets.
She lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her son and her dog. When possible, she loves to travel and she’s never met a beach she didn’t like.
Amy Patel

Amy Patel’s career spans over 20 years in distinctly different industries but is bound by a single common theme – customer focus.
From food service, to banking, to warehouse logistics, to automotive, Amy has consistently championed that what is good for the customer is good for the company and business.
Currently, as Director of Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Data Governance for Toyota Motor North America, Amy is excited to leverage technology and data science to continue to create customer/business win-win strategies.
Outside of work, Amy pursues her passion to help others. She is a breast cancer survivor and a board member of Toyota’s women-focused employee resource group (ERG) called Women Influencing and Impacting Toyota (WIIT). Amy is proud of establishing and growing the strategic partnership between WIIT and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) which benefits thousands of women and their loved ones each year.

Loni has over 15 years of leadership experience growing innovative technology teams and products that help organizations unleash their creativity and reimagine their business through greater productivity.
Loni received a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Computer Science from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. Additionally, Loni received her Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Morgan Pressel
LPGA Tour Professional Golfer and NBC/Golf Channel Analyst
Owning one of the most decorated careers in women’s amateur golf history, Morgan Pressel became the then-youngest player to ever qualify for the U.S. Women’s Open in 2001 at only 12-years-old. After earning her LPGA Tour card ahead of the 2006 season, Morgan turned pro and quickly established herself as a star. In only her second season on tour, she became the then-youngest-ever winner of a modern major championship when she won the 2007 ANA Inspiration at age 18.
Morgan has remained as one of the most prominent and respected figures in women’s professional golf with two career victories, six Solheim Cup appearances for Team USA, and 12 top-10 finishes at major championships over the course of her career thus far. Morgan also currently serves as an analyst and on-course reporter for LPGA Tour, PGA TOUR and USGA coverage on GOLF Channel and NBC.
Off the golf course, Morgan is passionately devoted to the work she leads in the fight against cancer with the Morgan Pressel Foundation. Founded in honor of her late-mother who lost her battle with breast cancer when Morgan was only 15-years-old, the Morgan Pressel Foundation has raised nearly $10 million over the past 14 years to support breast cancer research and patient care.
